as you all know that Somaliland is in deep political and constitutional crisis, ever since we breakaway from Somalia in 1991/92.

I am declaring a new democratic political party of which will rule My countrySomaliland,the Name of the party is Somaliland Social Advancement and development party.as you all know that Somaliland is in deep political and constitutional crisis, ever since we breakaway from Somalia in 1991/92.Somaliland leadership failed to establish much needed international recognitions and they failed to establish rule of law or built the completely destroyed infrastructure during the long and bloody war with somalia,such as ports/airports/roads/highways/basic services such as primary health care/education/housing/waste management clean water/electricity so on and so for. they also failed to control somaliland borders with Somalia, where there are unresolved border dispute with Somalia and still military confrontation is taking place until today after 23 years since we breakaway from somalia,since 1992 somaliland political leadership including those are in-charge my country system of government shamefully failed to establish an effective justice system/policing system/parliamentary system /Banking system/and functioning public services system, what is even much much sham full is 99% of young people are unemployed and leaving the country in their thousands by (Tahriibing) in the search for better life and trying to leaving somaliland desperately by any means they can leave,today somaliland is run by unaccountable unelected unregulated groups of people whom are accountable to No one,the houses ofwakiilada/and gurtida are not working at all and they have no control of who does what and its managed by extremely corrupt personnel's namely the chairman of house ofwakiilada cabdiraxman ciiro and the upper house the gurti saleeban gaal, whom are as bad and corrupted as each other, therefore today i am inviting all somalilanders for the formation of interim government of which will take control of the country affairs, this national government establishment congress will take place in London in the coming next fewer weeks. and we will confirm the place and date of the meeting and I am inviting allsomalilanders to come and get involve for the safeguarding and the establishment of true and democratic government of which will bring prosperity and opportunities for all,the distinguished guest i will be inviting immediately are.as fellows
